Q: An item I want to purchase is showing out of stock, when will you re-stock this?
A: Our team are consistently working with our partners to ensure we continue adding new products to the store, and restocking existing popular products. If your desired product is currently out of stock, then we are likely already looking to restock! Please keep an eye on our page, or click the "Follow on Shop" button to stay updated on our latest restocks.
Q: When can I expect my order to be dispatched?
A: We aim to initiate order dispatches within 48 hours of the order being placed. In most cases we dispatch on the same day as the order, but please allow up to 48 hours. We always treat your order as our priority!
Q: What countries are you shipping to?
A: At the moment, we are only shipping to the UK. But don't worry, we are already looking into opening our store to global customers. Please bear with us on this.
Q: Do you accept refunds/returns?
A: Yes. We allow returns to be made within 14 days of the order being received, depending on the condition of the item. Please see our full return policy here.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We support many payment methods, which includes the most common; Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and American Express. Try your card in our basket, and if it isn't supported then please contact us and we'd be happy to look into adding your payment method.
